• Para apoyar la puesta en marcha del Plan de información sobre enfermedades mentales y adicciones, introducido en 2003, la Columbia Británica ha establecido una asociación con siete organismos de salud mental y lucha contra las adicciones en la provincia (BC Partners for Mental Health and Addictions Information) con el fin de proporcionar información basada en datos sobre las enfermedades mentales y las adicciones a las personas que sufren este tipo de trastornos, sus familias, los profesionales de diversos sectores de servicios y el público en general.
